bridging the gap between Qur'an & Academic success
Engaged Learning Academy offers a unique pathway for students who want to balance Qur’an studies and academics. We provide the British Curriculum (IGCSE and AS Level), which is equivalent to Matric (NSC), giving learners direct access to universities in South Africa and abroad. Founded in Cape Town, we have supported learners since 2025. Our full programme will also be available online, making it possible for students across South Africa to join.
On-Campus IGCSE & AS Programme
Study at one of our Cape Town branches in a structured, after-school setting. Classes run Monday to Thursday with dedicated teachers guiding students through their IGCSE and AS subjects. Students may choose to sit exams one subject at a time or all together, depending on their readiness.
Online IGCSE & AS Programme
Access our Learning Management System (LMS) from anywhere in South Africa. Students attend live online classes, follow a clear study plan, and receive ongoing teacher support. Learners are encouraged to sit exams at their own pace, building confidence subject by subject.
Bridging Course
The Bridging Course is a stepping-stone for students who have not completed grade 7 and are not yet ready for IGCSE.
The course strengthens Maths, English, and Arabic three times a week, ensuring students are fully prepared before entering the IGCSE pathway.
Support & Intervention Lessons
Extra help is available in subjects such as Maths, Physics, Business, and Economics. These focused lessons cover past work, introduce exam practice, and boost confidence in challenging areas. Available on-campus or online by booking.
Please Note :
Exam entry fees are paid separately to the exam board. This allows families to plan and spread out costs.

The excitement and education Rezah is receiving from the phenomenal program. He will come home and explain the subjects, especially the subject Chemistry which he enjoy the most he say.
